RAD (Rapid Application Development)
methodology is used in developing eCommerce sites.
Business analysts will work with the customer to understand the
functionality needed, the look and feel of the site and how
transactions will be processed and tracked. We will use 'Iterative
prototyping method' to refine what we understand and then create a
prototype that reflects exactly the way the customer wants the web page
to look like.

Software
Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Software development projects
go through the lifecycle of:
System Analysis
System Design
Build & Test (Development and QA)
Deploy
Support and Maintenance.
Our project managers who deal with Software development have extensive
experience in managing the above stages and taking software projects to
successful conclusion within time and within budget.
Change
Management
Change Management is an integral and critical part of any project where
users will have to move from the legacy way of doing things to the 'new
way' of doing things. Successful change management planning reduces
resistance to change. Change Management goes through the following
phases:
Prepare
Implement
Manage
As the project moves through the Define, Measure, Analyze phase,
project managers must identify areas of change and prepare
to implement the change and plan for associated training and process
change that may be needed by the users. As the project moves through
the Improve phase, project managers must implement
these changes, complete training and get the users ready to use to the
new systems with the new processes. As the project moves into Control
phase project managers must manage the
issues that arise from the changes instituted and ensure that these
issues are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the users.
GOVERNANCE

Technology project managers are experienced in overall Governance of a
project from a PMO (Project Management Office) perspective. They will

Cost/Benefit analysis. Project managers will manage the scope,
timeline, resources and dollars

Commitment from Management to go ahead with the project
Commitment from Business that the concept is sound and to continue with
the project

continue with the project
Review Development milestones (Design, Development, QA)
